At Elite Interiors & Supplies Co., we understand that timely deliveries are critical to your project timelines. That’s why we’ve built a flexible, transparent, and efficient shipping system designed to meet the demands of contractors, designers, and developers across the country.

Whether you're ordering a single product or outfitting an entire build, we’re committed to getting your materials to you quickly, securely, and at a fair price.


📦 Order Processing

  • In-stock items are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Made-to-order and special requests will have lead times clearly communicated before checkout or during your quote process.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.


🚚 Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship throughout the continental United States using a combination of ground, freight, and express services.

Our Available Shipping Options:

  • Standard Ground Shipping – 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping – 1–3 business days (available on select items)

  • Freight Shipping – used for oversized, palletized, or bulk material orders

  • White Glove or Inside Delivery – available upon request for large commercial installations or residential clients

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, package dimensions, delivery location, and selected method.


🏗️ Job Site & Commercial Delivery

We’re built for builders — so we’re ready for the logistics that come with construction projects.

We offer direct-to-site delivery and accommodate:

  • Liftgate services for heavy deliveries

  • Scheduled delivery windows

  • Curbside drop-offs

  • Special delivery notes (gate codes, contact persons, etc.)

Be sure to specify any unique delivery instructions at checkout or when requesting your quote.


🔁 Split Shipments

If your order includes a mix of in-stock and custom items, we may split shipments to ensure you receive available materials faster. You’ll be notified if your order will arrive in multiple deliveries.


🔍 Tracking & Order Updates

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with:

  • Tracking number(s)

  • Delivery ETA

  • Contact info for any delivery issues

Freight deliveries may also include a phone call from our logistics partner to coordinate arrival at your site.


🧱 Local Pickup (If Applicable)

If you're located near our fulfillment center or warehouse, local pickup may be available. We'll notify you if this applies to your order, or you can contact us ahead of time.


📦 Damaged or Missing Items

We take every precaution to protect your products in transit. However, if anything arrives damaged or incomplete:

  1. Inspect your delivery immediately

  2. Document the damage (photos are helpful)

  3. Notify us within 3 business days of delivery

📌 Shipping Restrictions & Exceptions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or international addresses

  • Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories may be subject to additional fees and extended delivery timelines

  • Some oversized items or bulk orders may require freight quotes prior to final checkout
